Laura Dellplain, MHS
As Program Associate, Laura supports several technical projects and leads activities relevant to market access issues for MPTs. She oversees the program's budget strategy and also supports the Program Manager and Director in the management and strategic vision of the program. She joined the IMPT Secretariat in April 2014 after receiving her Master of Health Science (MHS) in Social Factors in Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her master's thesis focused on enhancing linkage to HIV care after diagnosis. Previously, Laura worked as an intern at USAID. She has several years of experience as an HIV tester and counselor, and holds a BA in Comparative American Studies and French from Oberlin College. She enjoys camping, curating her cat’s Instagram account, and being a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan!
